Solution specially designed for collecting a composite sample out of a material chute.

System composed of a primary screw sampler, a mixing hopper and a secondary piston sampler allowing the extraction of a predefined quantity of material at each cycle.

The screw sampler enables the continuous extraction over the whole width of a material chute of a primary sample stored in a mixing hopper. The final sample is retrieved by the action of the piston sampler in the discharge flow of the mixer.

Possible installation of a pneumatic residues evacuation system in case of lack of available height on the primary chute

Can be operated either independently or in combination with one of our analysers or sample transport systems

Maximum material particle size : 10 mm
