Our range of products “On-line analysis” responds these requirements in full through industrial vision solutions for colour measurement, visual non conformity detection and real time crystal size measurement.

Integrated to the plant automation – as required by industry 4.0 concept, it provides precise control at the different process stages: crystallisation, separation and storage/conditioning.



Crystallisation

At the pan floor, on-line control of the MA, CV and % of fines leads to the massecuite stabilisation and optimizes the yield.



Centrifugation

At the centrifugal floor, when separating the crystals from the liquor, controlling the washing time of each machine ensures optimizing water and energy consumption and reduces the amount of remelted sugar.
Permanent detection of non conformities avoids contaminating the dryer.



Storage – conditioning

After the dryer, colour measurement and black specks detection allow for deviating any non conformity that could contaminate final product in hoppers or silos.

We actively take part in improving crystallisation process control to ensure quality, efficiency and production cost objectives are met.
