White Cement Rotary Quencher
Our white cement quenching system includes hot clinker crusher installed directly at the kiln discharge, and a rotary quencher, where the clinker is cooled using a water spray.
The main benefits of this technology include :
- Reduced water consumption
- Efficient energy use (no need to dry clinker after quenching)
- Crushing operation prior to cooling leading to :
- the crusher insures that no water vapour enters the kiln
- high whiteness
- consistent clinker quality and whiteness as all the large clinker blocks are crushed and are therefore cooled at heart
- no clinker is wasted
