The full automated raw meal control laboratory is consisting of :

Representative sampling systems installed in vertical chute of material or in air slides.

One or several samplers can be connected to a
cartridge transport system up to the laboratory.

Sample preparation system consisting of an automatic Mill and Pellet press and an automatic sample cassette loader adapted to Xray analyser (Siemens, Philips, ARL...).

The particular efficiency of the Mill and Pellet Press ensure a high frequency controls and high level of repeatability.

The complete system can be controlled on a Supervision System allowing the results collection, the transfers to the plant control room and help for maintenance operations.
